Our heritage breed pigs (Berkshire and Tamworth) are raised in Capay Valley, CA. Fruits and vegetables from nearby organic farms are the mainstay of their diet. Unlike mass-produced pork, ours has exceptional flavor and is naturally juicy and tender.
