Come join us at our lamb butchering demonstration at Good Eggs!
PRMC Founder Doug Stonebreaker and head butcher Kirk Henderson will demonstrate the breakdown of lamb primals and discuss chops, steaks, roasts, grind, fat and bones. We will also go over our favorite cooking methods and provide educational materials to take home!
The event will be held at the Good Eggs HQ on April 26th, 2014 from 1pm- 4pm.
Tickets are $105 per person
