PRMC American Eatery opens its doors
Well, after two years it’s finally going to happen, the PRMC American Eatery is going to open in the Ferry Building. Join our chef Erica Holland-Toll and the rest of the PRMC gang for some great tasting Americana food you can feel great about. We’ll have our famous PRMC hot dogs, burgers, meatloaf sandwiches, meatballs, pulled pork, BBQ beef, tallow fries and you can wash it down with an old fashioned Boylan’s cane sugar fountain soda. But don’t worry; our grill outside at the farmers markets will still be open for business as usual on Saturdays and Tuesdays. See ya’ll there! See the menu »

Thank you to everyone who came out to sample the menu at our new American Eatery and thanks for all the positive feedback. It allowed us to test our systems and for the staff to settle in and enjoy cooking in the new space.
